Token Management
Approve Token
Approving a Token is the process of granting permission to a third party to execute a transaction on a Smart Contract for a set number of tokens on your behalf.
To approve a third party to distribute tokens on your behalf:

Select a Token
Select a Token from the Token Listing Page, then click Approve.

Enter Spender address and amount
Enter the Spender account address and Token Amount in the Approve pop-up, then click Approve.

Enter the Token Amount
In the Approve pop-up, enter the Token Amount.

Sign the operation with the wallet
View Balance
To view a token’s balance, you must have proper rights to access the owner’s wallet. This requirement means that you can only see the balance of the tokens you have either issued or hold. To view a (your) Token Balance:

Go to Tokenization
From the left-hand menu bar, select Tokenization.

Select a Token
From the Token Listing page, select a token.

Copy the token issuer “owner” wallet address
Note: You can access the wallet address by clicking on your connected wallet icon, such as MetaMask or Fireblocks.

Select View Balance
From the Interface tab, select View Balance

Paste the wallet address
In the View Balance pop-up, paste the copied wallet address in the field and click View Balance.
Optional: You can also view the balance of Tokens under your Accounts tab by copying the address and following the steps above.
Freeze Account
Freezing a token restricts the ability to use or transfer the token for a set period within a specific account or wallet. The token is unusable within that particular account or wallet until it is unfrozen.
To Freeze a token:

Connect a wallet

Select a Token with some normal accounts from the Token Listing page.

Click Freeze
- 4
Select an account(s) and click Freeze
From the list in the Freeze Wallet Address pop-up, select one or many accounts from the field and click Freeze.

Confirm the operation
If prompted, complete the operation by confirming the action with your wallet management tool.
For example, if you are using MetaMask, select Confirm in the prompt.
Unfreeze Account

Connect a wallet

Select a Token
From the Token Listing page, select a Token with some normal accounts .

Click Un-Freeze
- 4
Select an account(s) and click Un-Freeze
From the list in the Un-Freeze Wallet Address pop-up, select one or many accounts from the field, then click Un-Freeze in the pop-up that appears.

Sign the operation with the wallet
Pause Token
Pausing a token restricts the ability to use any token functions across all users, wallets, and accounts. The token is unusable until it is unpaused.
To Pause a token:

Go to Tokenization
From the left-hand menu bar, select Tokenization.

Select a Token from the Token Listing page
Note: Ensure the selected Token is un-paused.

From the Interface tab, select Pause

Select Pause Now
In the Pause Token confirmation pop-up, select Pause Now.

Confirm the operation
If prompted, complete the operation by confirming the action with your wallet management tool.
For example, if you are using MetaMask, select Confirm in the prompt.
Un-Pause Token

Connect a wallet
- 2
Go to the Token Listing Page
- 3
Select a Token (paused)
- 4
Click Un-Pause
- 5
Click Un-Pause in the pop-up

Click Un-Pause Now
In the confirmation pop-up, click Un-Pause Now.

Sign the operation with the wallet
Clawback Token
A Clawback refers to when an existing token is canceled and replaced with an alternative token.
To clawback a token:

Connect a wallet
- 2
Select a Token
From the Token Listing page, select a Token.
- 3
Click Clawback
- 4
Enter required fields
In the Clawback Token pop-up enter:
- From Account Address
- To account Address
- Token Amount
- 5
Click Clawback
In the Clawback Token pop-up, click Clawback.

Sign the operation with the wallet
View Token Holders
To view the holders of a token:

Select a Token from the Token Listing page
- 2
Go to Accounts tab to view the list
